Buddy started his logistics career right out of college from the University of Tennessee with Shell. Growing up in a family where “their bucks came from trucks”, logistics was in his bright orange blood. Starting out in Customer Service with Shell and moving into a Transportation Management role with Kraton Polymers, a spin-off of Shell’s polymer division, gives him great insight of being on both sides of the desk. Buddy joined Gulf Winds in 2004 as the key account manager for The Home Depot and helped implement our current Customer Perspective Sales process. Buddy is blessed with a wonderful wife, Alison, and 5, yes 5, beautiful kids – Ty, Maggie, Kate, Blaire, and Lucy. Buddy loves the Lord, loves his family, loves his company, likes to play golf and hunt when he can, and most of all living out the Mission daily.
