Gulf Winds International COO Selected as New Intermodal Committee Chairman

Gulf Winds International announced today the appointment of BJ Tarver by the
Texas Trucking Association (TXTA) as the new Intermodal Committee Chairman.
TXTA is a trade organization dedicated to enhancing the effectiveness of its member
by advocating sound public policies, providing excellence in education, training and
information and promoting a safe, dependable and cost-effective motor transportation
system to better serve the people of Texas.

Tarver is currently the Chief Operating Officer of Gulf Winds International, a
Texas-based third party logistics (3PL) provider offering industry-leading container
drayage, transloading, warehousing, local and long-haul transportation.
